The goal of this training is to strengthen the financial management and financial leadership capacities of rape crisis centers serving diverse communities in Ohio. She has been an executive director\, associate director\, and development director in addition to nonprofit consulting with a focus on finance strategies and executive coaching. She knows first-hand the empowering effect of understanding organizational finance models\, good budgeting practices\, and effective revenue strategies. She brings a wide range of experience and deep knowledge to this training and makes conversations about finance fun. \nAnthony Petchel believes it’s time to rethink philanthropy and create opportunities for equitable approaches to financing the good works of nonprofits. Anthony brings 20+ years of leadership experience in team development\, philanthropic strategies\, and communications. Before becoming a leader in fundraising for several area nonprofits\, Anthony worked for 16 years in commercial and retail banking. Anthony brings diverse and practical skillsets to the work of building financial effectiveness for nonprofits and a commitment to exploring equity in all nonprofit practices\, including budgeting and fundraising.
