Yes, there’s a fee to attend this year’s conference, and we’re really proud of the value you’ll receive for your money! For members, it’s $100; non-members are $150, unless they’re students, in which case the fee is $50. Presenters also have a discounted rate. Please check for emails from us regarding a promo code if you qualify for one of these discounts. If you believe you qualify and need more information, or if this fee causes a barrier to your attendance, please contact us at conference@oaesv.org. Thank you for helping to sustain our non-profit, member-based organization.

WHAT TIME ZONE ARE THE LIVE SESSIONS IN?

ARE THERE SINGLE-DAY REGISTRATIONS FOR RESTORING OUR ROOTS 2021?

We are not offering a single day registration this year. With all registration types, attendees will receive access to the full conference and recordings.

DOES THE CONFERENCE OFFER CEUS & CLES??

There will be 20.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) available from the National Association of Social Workers! We are also awaiting approval on 12 units of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits and will update this page when received.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We would love to avoid cancellations if at all possible. Please remember that sessions will be recorded, making it possible for you to view outside the scheduled conference times. If a cancellation is absolutely necessary, please contact us at conference@oaesv.org.

WHEN WILL THE RECORDINGS BE AVAILABLE?

After the conference, we will be ensuring closed captioning is on all the videos. We anticipate this process taking 1-2 weeks after the conference. Registered attendees will receive an email once videos have been uploaded, and the recordings will be available for 6 months after that date. Please help us in keeping these resources exclusive to registered attendees by not sharing the links.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE SESSIONS DURING THE CONFERENCE?

Registered attendees will receive an email with instructions to access the events. This email will come closer to the date of the conference. If you do not receive the email(s) by June 18th, please contact us at conference@oaesv.org.

WILL THERE BE ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE?

Absolutely. An automatic transcript will appear in each live session in Zoom, and we have asked that all videos include captions. There will also be ASL interpreters present in each session. We invite you to request other accommodations during the registration process.
