Advanced Advocacy Training: Innovation in Remote Advocacy, Part 1

OAESV is hosting a 3-part Advanced Advocacy Training. In Part 1 of this training series, we will learn more about the technology that is available and explore innovative ways of using this technology to meet the needs of survivors and your community.

We will also dive deeper in learning how to adapt your protocols to ensure a smooth transition to virtual advocacy. You can look forward to hearing first-hand from a program who has implemented the use of tele-advocacy services using tablets, and some of the challenges that accompanied this, along with how they worked through those challenges.

Part 1 of this training series is open to all who are working in the anti-violence and related fields. Parts 2 and 3 of this series will only be open to members of OAESV. To learn more about becoming a member, please visit our Membership page.
