How to I receive my member discount?
Can I register a group?
We strongly encourage all attendees to individually register to accurately reflect accurate accommodation needs. For a group invoice, please email conference@oaesv.org with your organization name and how many staff are registered for this event. A group invoice will then be generated and sent via email. This is preferred instead of using the ‘group registration’ button on the registration page.
Can I register the day of, in person?
What if I have accessibility requests?
We want to make sure you are cared for and have your needs met. If you have additional requests on how we can make this conference accessible to you and your needs, please request via the accommodation section on our registration form. OAESV is offering American Sign Language Interpretation and Spanish Language Interpretation throughout the duration of the conference. We will provide additional language interpretation and access needs by request.

Does the conference offer CEUs/CLEs?
OAESV’s Conference qualifies for continuing education credits. Please include your full name and license number within registration. All attendees who require an hours-specific certificate will be able to request that through capturing code words to each session they attend and submitting it to conference staff via a survey.
