Will there be a virtual option for 2025?

We will not be offering a virtual option this year.

Where is the conference located?

We’ll be at a new location this year! Join us at the Quest Conference Center at 9200 Worthington Rd, Ste 400, Westerville, OH 43082

How to I receive my member discount?

If you are a member organization, your special discount will automatically apply if you are signed into Coalition Manager.

Can I register a group?

For group registrations, please email conference@oaesv.org with your organization name and how many staff you would like to register. An invoice will then be sent with a group registration code. This is preferred over using the ‘group registration’ button on the registration page.

Can I register the day of, in person?

There will be no in-person registration for our conference. You must register online by the late registration deadline of June 9th.

Are there single-day registrations?

We are not offering a single-day registration.

What if I have accessibility requests?

If you have additional requests on how we can make this conference accessible to you and your sensory needs, please request via the accommodation section on our registration form.

OAESV is offering American Sign Language Interpretation throughout the duration of the conference. We can also secure additional interpreting needs upon request.

Does the conference offer CEUs?

OAESV’s Conference qualifies for 10.5 hours of continuing education credit for social workers. Please include your full name and license number within registration. All attendees who require an hours-specific certificate will be able to request that through capturing code words to each session they attend and submitting it to conference staff via a survey.

Are there hotel rooms blocked for the conference?

The conference center has graciously connected with a couple of hotels to offer you discounted room rates to match the Columbus per diem rate. Here is one, and the other will be added once confirmed.
