Registration is for the live, in-person event. There will be no in-person registration for our conference. You must register online by the deadline of June 11. There are hotel blocks reserved for conference participants.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be a virtual option for 2023?

We are very excited to be in community with you in person for this year’s conference. Please note, we will not be offering virtual options for the Annual Conference this year. We will continue to explore what resources and information learned at the conference can be shared out to OAESV members not able to attend in person.

Using signage and other messaging, we will recommend and provide masks and hand sanitizer. We encourage attendees to rapid test on their own if they have access. We will also provide stickers so participants can indicate on their nametag any social distancing preferences. Additionally, we will provide take-away boxes for lunch and snacks to allow attendees to take lunch and eat outside, or with more social distancing.

How to I receive my member discount?

If you are a member organization, your special discount will automatically apply if you are signed into Coalition Manager.

Can I register a group?

For group registrations, please email conference@oaesv.org with your organization name and how many staff you would like to register. An invoice will then be sent with a group registration code. This is preferred over using the ‘group registration’ button on the registration page.

Can I register the day of, in person?

There will be no in-person registration for our conference. You must register online by the deadline of June 11.

Will lodging be provided?

There are multiple hotels with blocks reserved for conference participants. Information can be found here.

Are there single-day registrations?

We are not offering a single-day registration.

What if I have accessibility requests?

If you have additional requests on how we can make this conference accessible to you and your sensory needs, please request via the accommodation section on our registration form.

Does the conference offer CEUs?

Yes, 9.5 CEUs are available! We will also have CLEs available.
