In Ohio, there are about one dozen counties that do not have a Rape Crisis Center. Our advocate covers those counties to make sure even though we are not a 24/7 response for advocacy i.e hospital advocacy or a 24/7 hotline, that the survivor still feels supported. Our advocate provides holistic advocacy, when available, as well as legal and Title IX advocacy.
