Uplifting Rural Voices of Ohio: OUR Voices

Survivors of sexual assault carry stories that have too often been silenced by fear, stigma, disbelief, and shame. Yet when given a safe, supported platform to speak, something extraordinary happens: survivors find a new way to show their strength, build connection, and give voice to purpose. Their stories can influence laws, change minds, and save lives. In 2022, the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence (OAESV) began working with survivors of sexual assault to share their experience, on their time, in their way and we are proud to launch Ohio Uplifting Rural Voices (OUR Voices).
