Lead Presenter Bio: Richanda N. Birks is an advocate, teacher, instructor, workshop facilitator and a Minister. She is the Founder and CEO of 2BIOSPHERE INC., a non-profit organization that provides advocacy and supports the recovery of trauma survivors, as it relates to sexual abuse and domestic violence. Her organization currently partners with the Women’s Recovery Center and OASIS; working with individuals recovering from addictions and behaviors that are a direct result of the former traumas in their lives. Richanda is a published author, with creative writing pieces in a Survivor Empowerment magazine, in addition to collaborative pieces in a devotional and a testimonial; she is currently working on her non-fiction book detailing her journey of recovery as a survivor.
